What, me worry?

So, doctor's appointment concluded, it doesn't appear at first glance that I have any of the ailments I mentioned in my previous post. Back to my regularly scheduled, normal amount of daily worrying. (Until the doc calls after reviewing the ultrasound images.)

But on an unbelievably cute note, Nick drew me a picture last night.

"MOM! I wrote your name! Look!"

Indeed, son, you did. Pretty good for not-quite-four, eh? Aparently, the circle at the left is a boy holding the "diamond kite" on the right. I asked him what the stuff in the middle was. He said, "stuff." The rectangle under "Mom" - a bean bag.

Well, I love it!

Glad to hear it's good news so far. I can really sympathize, I'm a terrible worrier.

Well, I'm sorry I missed yesterday's post - I'm a total worrier - and you are wise to just get it checked out. Lord knows we schlep our kids to the dr. for a hang-nail, yet most days we hem and haw about taking care of ourselves! Good for you.

Are they sure you don't have a kidney stone? I have pretty much reocurring back pain - which for me usually indicates a kidney stone - but if they've done as much as an x-ray - or better yet - an ultrasound, they'd see a stone.

Hang in there. I know it sucks to not feel good - keep putting the pieces together and don't worry. It's not worth the wrinkles!

If I lived close I'd bring you a Starbucks cup of hot apple cider love today...just because! :)

I'm sorry I missed your post yesterday because I would have chimed in about how I'm a total worrier myself. Like you, though, I tend to keep my symptoms to myself and take months to call the doctor . . . but play all kinds of different scenarios out in my head!

I'm glad to hear that initial tests revealed nothing -- anything major would be obvious, right? But I do hope that you and your doctors find something out so that you can finally put an end to your backaches. Now, go get a massage and do some yoga. Pronto.

I hope all is well and you start feeling better. And you have a budding artist - get it framed!

I hope everything turns out okay. I'm thinking of you.

Oh, and where can I get one of those diamond kites? I need to put that on my Christmas list.

Thinking good thoughts for you and loving the picture, but the explanation of the picture even more. Adorableness.

Aww, those early drawings are so precious. Especially when they write Mom!

Glad that everything seems to be okay, I hope for the same after the review of your ultrasound.

Cute picture, I like the "stuff" in the middle. Too cute.

lol...I thought it was a picture of you with two very skinny legs and a square head. What do I know.

I'm gonna have to continue reading...apparently I missed the "I'm worried" post. Glad whatever you were worried is nothing "at first glance"...hopefully it'll stay that way for the 2nd and 3rd glances as well! =D

I hope everything turns out all right. I understand the frustration with having to deal with chronic pain. It sucks. I hope you get some answers soon.
